COKING COAL

MET COKE
Coke is primarily used to smelt iron ore and other Iron bearing materials in blast furnaces, acting both as a source of heat and as a chemical reducing agent to produce pig iron or hot metal. Coke also serves as a structural material to support the deep bed of coke/iron oxide/limestone that makes up much of the furnace volume. At SM Group, we manufacture Lam Coke of sizes, customized to meet the requirements of the clients with whom we maintain long term relationships.
PELLET
SM Group’s Pellet is superior to iron ore lumps and is not vulnerable to degradation due to being corrosion resistant. It helps in faster reduction and higher metallization rates.
